Connecting to the Intuition – 5 Tips & Tricks to Connecting to Your Intuition with Brooklyn, The Medium.

1. LOVE OVER FEAR

Stimulus - connect in with a loving memory, thought, or feeling. The intention is to plug into love.

Remember: Remember the relationship with your intuition is authentic to YOU! What does it look like, sound like, and feel like for YOU?

2. Crown Chakra

Open Lid, Close Lid - to begin expansion, imagine a jar opening at the top of your head and like exiting from a tank, expand upwards to allow flow and connection. Your Highest Self awaits you to support, guide, and empower you on your journey.

Ask yourself: What would my Higher Self say, do, and feel in my current experience/what I am navigating right now?

3. Sacral Chakra

Power Centre (located underneath the belly button) - to expand from your power centre. A coin sized light expands to enlarge, enlarge, and enlarge.

Affirmation: You are the ONE!

4. Explore & Create

Explore & Create - conscious to how it feels, sensations you’re experiencing, sights you are seeing, and sounds you are hearing. An authentic experience for an authentic connection.

5. Tips & Tricks

Give these tips & tricks a go!

Firstly, when you connect to the three chakras, a tip to focus your attention on that charka is place your hand on where the chakra is located. For example, crown = top of the head, heart = chest, and sacral = belly button. It places focus on the chakra because where energy goes, energy flows.

Secondly, why these three (3) chakras? We are intending to be 1. connected = crown, 2. grounded = heart, and 3. empowered decisions = sacral.

Recommendations:

A journal to write and describe your experiences. Over time, we’ll see the progression of your journey!
