Freedom & Liberation from the quest of understanding what they did wrong and incorrect, freed from weeds and perpetuated cycles of toxic shame. Instead, a beginning into what can be achieved and can be done, leaving past resentments in exactly what they are: the past.

A Fresh Start-Up is the cleanse of the mind, a refreshment of self, and a hope that our future can be built by tales of authentic love, and not misery. A fresh start-up is understanding that despite what can be understood of the past, it cannot be changed, disputing the point of understanding what cannot be touched, but instead what can be learnt. Which is forgiveness.

Forgiveness – an opportunity to let go and accept the inevitable. The future. It is coming, whether you like it or not. Better make it something to enjoy or a revisit of the past. Your choice. I’ll allow you to decipher what that looks like and imagine a future where ultimate happiness, love, joy, and passion exist. Use your imagination to paint, write, and describe a reality that is beautifully unique to your soul’s wishes and desires. You deserve it!

I’ll leave you with this: “Love is a force that knows no bounds. Its power embodies a perfect whole being with everything to offer and nothing to lose. Tap into the eternal being you are and write from the power that lies within.”

Activity:

I want you to envision ribbons.

· Red for the past

· Blue for the present

· Yellow for the future

Close your eyes and see the ribbons you tie yourself to. If it’s the past, I want you to begin untying those ribbons and let them go. Envision them being released into the ocean. If it’s yellow, I want you to focus on the blue ribbon. Feel its fabric, envision its strength, and utilize it to see all that is being offered to you right now in this current moment.

I love you. I see you. I hear you. I feel you. You’ve got this.
